Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the on‑site delivery of commercial construction projects for our Brisbane team. The role requires strong leadership, communication and organisational skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the company’s primary representative on‑site for project construction.
• Coordinate all subcontractor and supplier activities on‑site.
• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations.
• Enforce quality standards throughout the project.
• Maintain and care for the company’s plant and materials.
• Prepare target and contract programmes in collaboration with the contract administration team.
• Ensure project completion within the established target construction programme.
• Address any environmental issues related to on‑site construction activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years commercial construction experience.
• Proven portfolio of commercial projects valued between $5 M and $50 M.
• Trade qualification in Carpentry or a relevant trade.
• Site supervisor licence and Construction Industry White Card.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Required skills

• Experience using Procore construction management software.
• Experience using Microsoft Project for scheduling.
