Site Manager

About the role

Adbri is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Site Manager to join its Contracting Services team. Based at the Stapylton Masonry plant on the Gold Coast, you will manage site projects that supply, design, and install the Adbri Masonry product range across Queensland and other states.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial on‑site checks before project commencement.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, including liaison with subcontractors, material delivery, and cost control.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure product delivery meets expectations.
• Quote and estimate project costs accurately.
• Source, qualify, and oversee local subcontractors for installation work.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety and company standards.
• Deliver training to subcontractors on product knowledge, construction best practices, and safety.
• Promote sales and provide technical support for Adbri Masonry products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes.

Required profile

• 4–5 years’ experience in project site management.
• Background in landscaping, masonry or construction.
• Strong understanding of landscape products and installation methods.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a geographically diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Sales experience or willingness to engage in the sales process.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Queensland and interstate.
