Site Manager

About the role

Unita is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its Western Australia team and deliver commercial fit‑out projects. You will own the day‑to‑day site delivery, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence while collaborating with trades and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage trades, sequencing and logistics on‑site.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a disciplined, organised work environment.
• Monitor progress against the programme, identify and resolve buildability or coordination issues early.
• Plan materials, deliveries and site logistics to keep work flowing smoothly.
• Report site progress, risks and issues clearly and escalate when necessary.
• Provide a professional experience for clients, consultants and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering commercial fit‑out projects.
• Strong subcontractor coordination and site management capability.
• Ability to plan sequencing, logistics and programme outcomes.
• Focus on quality workmanship, safety and client experience.
• Structured, organised and proactive problem‑solver.
