Site Manager - High End Residential

About the role

A Sydney-based builder with a reputation for high-end residential projects, based in the Inner West and working with celebrated architects, has a new $6 million new build starting in two weeks in Bellevue Hill. CGC Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead its delivery. To apply, you must have delivered an architecturally designed home close to $4 million in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from early works through to practical completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and suppliers to keep programme and quality on track
• Work closely with the architect, project manager and client representatives so design intent is delivered without compromise
• Maintain site safety, compliance and WHS obligations
• Keep rigorous quality control standards for a high-end build
• Track and report on programme, budget and site progress

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects
• Track record delivering projects of similar scale ($4M+)
• Experience working directly with architects on design-driven builds, with an appreciation for detail and finish
• Strong leadership skills managing multiple trades and subcontractors
• Excellent communication skills with architects, clients and consultants
• Carpentry or construction management qualification
• Current NSW driver's licence and valid White Card
