Site Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role

Lead the delivery of commercial new‑build and fit‑out projects valued between $10M and $40M for a nationally established contractor in Adelaide. You will own day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure programmes, safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers on commercial sites.
• Drive construction programmes, maintain key milestones and oversee site logistics and sequencing.
• Lead daily site meetings, monitor progress and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain high standards of WHS, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven site‑management experience in commercial construction, especially projects worth $10M‑$40M.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming and site coordination.
• Hands‑on, organised approach with the ability to identify issues early and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
