Site Manager – Commercial Fit‑out Projects

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects up to $30M in Brisbane. You will own site management from early stages through to completion, collaborating with the site team, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage site construction programmes and procurement schedules.
• Manage subcontractors in conjunction with the project management team.
• Ensure full compliance with WHS requirements and maintain project quality plans.
• Lead weekly site and project meetings and maintain detailed documentation and reporting.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks and challenges as they arise.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in fit‑out and refurbishment.
• Proven delivery of commercial projects in the $3M–$30M range.
• Tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering, or a relevant trade qualification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
