About the role

Join a live, well‑run $10 million architecturally designed apartment development in Elwood. As Site Manager you will lead the construction team on this boutique project, delivering high‑quality finishes for a client focused on excellence rather than speed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the site team on a multi‑residential project valued at $10 million.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and the Project Manager to keep the project ahead of schedule.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, health and safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Manage daily site operations, including resource allocation, progress reporting and issue resolution.
• Maintain strong communication with the client and stakeholders to uphold project expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as the lead Site Manager on similar‑sized multi‑residential projects for a builder.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a professional environment with high expectations.
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
