Service Technician – Medical Equipment (Brisbane)

About the role

Active Medical is seeking a Service Technician to join its Brisbane team. The role involves providing on‑site technical support for medical and healthcare equipment across aged‑care, hospital and home‑care settings, ensuring safe and effective patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment faults, perform repairs and conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer and regulatory standards.
• Carry out service audits and maintain compliance documentation.
• Maintain detailed service logs and generate reports using Hubspot and Knack.
• Identify parts requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely job completion.
• Build strong relationships with customers, provide product training and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in technical servicing, maintenance or field service, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for medical devices.
• Ability to travel across Metro Brisbane and occasionally to regional Queensland.
