Service Desk Analyst – Onsite Support in Fairfield

About the role

Atturra is seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to provide first‑line technical support and on‑site assistance to end‑users. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service desk requests via phone, email, chat and ticketing system.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve Level 1/Level 2 incidents across hardware, operating systems, applications and networking.
• Document interactions, solutions and outcomes in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues following established protocols and collaborate with vendors.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, user account setup and access management.
• Provide on‑site support at client locations on a regular schedule.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in an MSP, IT helpdesk or similar customer‑facing technical environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer‑centric approach.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a high‑volume team.

Required skills

• Hardware troubleshooting, Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Remote support tools: Screen Connect, Automate, TeamViewer.
• Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper‑V, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• Microsoft 365 administration and hybrid cloud environments.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, enterprise Wi‑Fi.
