Service Desk Administrator – Audio Visual

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is looking for a Service Desk Administrator – Audio Visual to join its Managed Services team in Australia. You will provide remote Level 2/3 support for AV and meeting‑room technologies, ensuring smooth collaboration experiences for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote Level 2/3 support for Microsoft Teams Rooms, video‑conferencing, audio and collaboration platforms.
• Monitor AV environments, proactively identify issues and maintain system performance.
• Assist end users with meeting setup, live‑call troubleshooting and collaboration tools.
• Manage incidents, service requests and escalations while meeting SLA targets.
• Coordinate with vendors and onsite technicians to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and AV environment standards.

Required profile

• Experience supporting enterprise AV, video‑conferencing or Unified Communications environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and modern meeting‑room technologies.
• Customer‑first mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
