About the role
Nagarro is seeking an experienced Associate Principal Consultant to lead business analysis for software development projects, working remotely with global teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions with stakeholders at all levels.
- Create comprehensive business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct risk, impact, and gap analyses to support project decisions.
Required profile
- 8+ years of business analysis experience, primarily on software development projects.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Continuous learning mindset with interest in emerging technologies.
Required skills
- Advanced business analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of software development processes and tools.
- Project management experience and familiarity with PM methodologies.
