Service Attendant – FIFO 2:1 Indigenous (Various WA Sites)

About the role

Sodexo is seeking Indigenous candidates with hospitality experience or transferable skills for full‑time FIFO service attendant positions across various sites in Western Australia. The role follows a 2‑week on, 1‑week off roster, with flights from Perth airport.

Key responsibilities

• Housekeeping and cleaning of accommodation rooms (dongas) and village common areas.
• Assist in kitchen and dining areas, including food handling and preparation.
• Clean mine‑site offices, crib rooms and ablution blocks.
• Provide customer service in the tavern or retail shop.
• Maintain outdoor and communal area cleanliness.

Required profile

• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts (day or night) on a FIFO schedule.
• Ability to stay away from family for two weeks at a time and work in remote, extreme‑weather environments.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Completion of pre‑employment medical, drug & alcohol testing and National Police Clearance.
• WA driver’s licence preferred.
