SEO Team Leader (Sydney)

About the role

StudioHawk is looking for an SEO Team Leader to drive strategy, creativity and results for our clients. Based in our Eveleigh office, you will lead a dedicated SEO team while also managing your own high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of SEO specialists, setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
• Oversee campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot and Monday to manage workloads, billable hours and quality.
• Strategically allocate resources and account assignments to maximise efficiency.
• Maintain direct client relationships, understand objectives and deliver tailored SEO strategies.
• Execute SEO work including technical optimisation, content briefing and coordination with content writers, off‑site and PR specialists.
• Present insights and results to clients, explaining the rationale behind each action.

Required skills
