SEO Specialist (Hybrid, Sydney)

About the role

DNM Digital is seeking an SEO Specialist to join its growing team in North Strathfield, Sydney. The role is hybrid and focuses on delivering measurable organic growth for a portfolio of clients by developing and executing forward‑thinking SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 15‑20 SEO clients from strategy formulation through to execution and reporting.
• Develop quarterly SEO roadmaps aligned with commercial goals and identify new opportunities for organic visibility and revenue.
• Conduct comprehensive technical audits, monitor Core Web Vitals, and provide clear recommendations to developers.
• Perform keyword, competitor and content research, create detailed content briefs and optimise landing pages for rankings, conversions and user experience.
• Deliver monthly performance reports, explain results in commercial terms and maintain proactive client communication.
• Mentor junior team members, share knowledge and help improve internal SEO processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of agency SEO experience managing client portfolios.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and ability to analyse websites for growth opportunities.
• Commercial mindset with excellent organisational and communication skills.
