SEO & AI Search Specialist

About the role

Pillow Talk is looking for an experienced SEO & AI Search Specialist to lead the growth of its organic visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑powered search experiences. Based at the Darra head office, you will ensure the brand remains discoverable wherever customers search for home‑ware products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and AI search strategies that drive organic traffic and sales.
• Optimise website content, technical SEO elements, structured data and product feeds.
• Manage Google Merchant Centre and support organic Shopping performance.
• Analyse performance data and customer search behaviour to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver best‑practice search outcomes.
• Monitor algorithm updates, search trends and AI developments, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of SEO experience in e‑commerce, digital or retail environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate search insights into business results.
• Proven track record in technical, content and on‑page SEO, as well as emerging AI search platforms.
• Experience working with e‑commerce platforms such as BigCommerce or Shopify.
