Senior Talent Director

About the role

Robert Half is seeking a Senior Talent Director in Melbourne to lead recruitment for the Finance and Accounting practice, driving brand awareness and delivering end‑to‑end talent solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate recruitment opportunities and manage the full talent lifecycle from pre‑screen to placement.
• Develop new business, maintain client relationships, and lead business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline, conduct market analysis and share trends.
• Participate in company events, networking, CSR activities and community engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in finance and accounting.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑performing, results‑oriented environment.
