About the role

Join Robert Half’s Contract Finance & Accounting team in Melbourne as a Recruiter focused on accounting and finance talent. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, delivering end‑to‑end talent solutions across a range of finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the Melbourne market.
• Lead business development initiatives and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Provide consultative insights on market trends and deliver talent solutions for diverse industries.

Required profile

• 2+ years of 360‑degree recruitment experience (finance & accounting recruitment a plus) OR 3+ years of B2B/consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and consultative selling skills.
• Integrity, resilience and a growth‑oriented outlook.
