Senior Talent Account Executive – Talent Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Talent Account Executive to act as a trusted adviser for corporate customers, focusing on Talent and Learning solutions. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with office days as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Research customers’ businesses, prepare thoughtful questions and insights, and ask layered, open‑ended questions to uncover objectives and challenges.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer organization, adapting communication style to each audience.
• Lead with solutions rather than products, driving customer decision‑making and aligning recommendations with customer goals.
• Use data and insights to support investment recommendations, mitigate churn risk, and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined territory and account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment while following CRM best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR software, or IT solutions.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets, develop compelling strategies, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Strong business acumen, forecasting, and account‑planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
