Senior Supply Planner

About the role

The Senior Supply Planner will ensure the right products are delivered at the right time and cost across Workwear Group's brands. You will develop robust supply plans, manage inventory health, and support the S&OP process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate supply forecasts for the assigned product portfolio, identifying gaps between demand, supplier capacity and lead times.
• Monitor critical path milestones, manage supply risks with the Sourcing team, and ensure purchase orders meet DC intake timelines.
• Champion inventory health by reviewing stock positions, inbound flow and availability risks, providing insights to optimise performance.
• Build strong partnerships with sourcing and overseas suppliers, providing timely forecasts and aligning with production cycles.
• Maintain high‑quality master data and continuously improve planning processes and systems.

Required profile

• 4+ years’ experience in supply planning or related roles, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to partner with and negotiate with overseas vendors, understanding capacity, MOQ and production cycles.
• Experience working within an S&OP or IBP environment.
• Strong analytical capability, attention to detail and experience in inventory planning and PO management.
• Highly organised team player with excellent communication skills and commercial decision‑making ability.
