Senior Structural Technician / Drafter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Structural Technician / Drafter to join our North Sydney team, delivering building and infrastructure projects across NSW. The role offers a hybrid working model within a supportive, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and deliver detailed structural drawings for building and infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ensure all analysis and design work complies with technical standards, client requirements and RBG guidelines.
• Manage project timelines to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Liaise with engineering teams, external stakeholders and clients to clarify specifications and project details.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Design or equivalent.
• 5+ years of structural drafting experience within an engineering design consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Australian codes and standards.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with full working rights.
