Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

WSP Adelaide is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design and delivery on defence and commercial building projects. The role offers a hybrid working model and relocation support for interstate moves.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and tender phases for multi‑year turnkey projects.
• Ensure project delivery meets technical, commercial and regulatory standards within schedule and budget.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with local clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers and support their career development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• RPEQ qualified or close to completion.
• 8‑12 years of Australian experience on medium/large commercial building projects.
• Eligibility for Australian Defence full security clearance (Australian citizen only).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ETABS.
• Proficiency with RAM Concept.
• Proficiency with Microstran.
