2027 Graduate Program – Alternative Career in Project Management

About the role

TBH is seeking recent graduates across Australia to join its Graduate ElevateU Learning Program starting February 2027. You will work on a variety of critical infrastructure projects, gaining hands‑on experience in planning, scheduling, cost management and risk analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling hospital redevelopments, renewable energy projects and transmission line works.
• Analyse schedule risk, review costs, and support claims on major road upgrades and marine works.
• Participate in programme review, cost validation, progress reporting and technical due diligence for data‑centre projects.
• Collaborate with international teams on data‑centre projects across Asia, managing risk registers and navigating multi‑market challenges.

Required profile

• Completed or final‑year tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical).
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work across diverse industries and locations.
