Senior Strategy Consultant

About the role

Interbrand is looking for a senior strategist who can turn complexity into clarity and turn insight into action. You will work on brand, business and experience projects for some of the world’s most ambitious organisations, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Interbrand’s Thinking & Making approach and the Three Lenses framework (Human Truth, Brand Economics, Experience) to solve client challenges.
• Diagnose client problems, spot hidden opportunities and shape growth‑focused strategies.
• Synthesize research, data and insights into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Present strategic concepts to senior client stakeholders and help strengthen relationships.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering talent development and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the development of iconic brand work that drives measurable business results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy consulting or brand strategy, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex information into simple, compelling insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable challenging briefs and assumptions.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to mentor junior colleagues.
