Senior Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full ownership of a $40M mixed‑use residential development in St Kilda. You will lead a well‑supported team and be responsible for driving programme, quality, safety and successful delivery from site establishment to practical completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire construction lifecycle of a $40M mixed‑use project.
• Coordinate structures, services, finishes and commissioning activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes and sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor a large on‑site team, including foremen and leading hands.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering new‑build projects valued above $20M as the primary Site Manager.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent programming skills.
• Experience leading large site teams and mentoring junior supervisors.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building abilities.
