Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our small team of SEO and AI search experts. You will sit across strategy and quality for a select group of enterprise accounts, representing SEO in both client and internal conversations while positioning yourself for future leadership as we grow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve SERP rankings for tier‑1 accounts.
• Conduct in‑depth technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO audits and regular health checks.
• Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with content, development and client teams to implement on‑page optimisation, link‑building and keyword research initiatives.
• Provide strategic SEO guidance in client meetings and internal planning sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in a digital marketing or SEO agency setting, working on tier‑1 accounts.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable SEO results across technical, on‑page and off‑page disciplines.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to strategy refinement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive commitment to staying current with SEO trends, tools and best practices.
