Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

DNM Digital is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead high‑impact SEO projects for a diverse portfolio of enterprise‑level clients. You will own strategy, execution and reporting while collaborating closely with senior leadership and a high‑performance team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 15‑20 SEO clients across multiple industries, delivering strategy, execution and monthly performance reports.
• Conduct technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals) and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Develop on‑page optimisation plans, brief content writers and ensure output meets SEO and quality standards.
• Identify performance risks early, create mitigation plans and align work with client commercial objectives.
• Support junior team members, contribute to agency processes and participate in regular WIPs and one‑on‑ones.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of agency SEO experience with a proven track record of managing client accounts independently.
• Comfortable handling a portfolio of 15‑20 clients and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, highly organised and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals.
• Core tools: Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Keyword research, content briefing and on‑page optimisation.

• Base salary $85,000‑$110,000 AUD plus superannuation and commission.
