Senior Sales Representative - Brisbane

About the role

Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics operating in over 130 countries, is looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales Representative to accelerate growth across Queensland. The role combines strategic account ownership with proactive business development, working with some of Australia's leading customers and growing revenue and share of wallet.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert strategic business opportunities across key industry segments and target customers, owning the sales cycle from prospecting and solution design through negotiation, closure and implementation.
• Grow revenue and share of wallet with customers using a consultative, value-led approach, building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Lead customer business reviews, commercial discussions and strategic growth planning, and lead RFQs, tenders and contract negotiations.
• Promote and win integrated logistics solutions across Ocean, Air, Landside Transportation, Warehousing, Customs and Supply Chain Management.
• Partner with global account teams and collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Success and Supply Chain teams.
• Deliver against sales revenue targets, maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and mentor less experienced sales colleagues.

Required profile

• Proven success in business development, sales, key account or strategic account management within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain or related industries.
• Track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth, with experience leading commercial negotiations and tenders.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence key stakeholders.
• Preferred: strong understanding of integrated logistics and supply chain solutions, experience with strategic or multinational customers, knowledge of the Queensland market, and experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, FMCG, manufacturing, retail or industrial sectors.
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted Australian working rights are required.
