Senior Relationship Manager – Diversified Industries

About the role

ANZ’s Business & Private Bank is expanding its Diversified Industries portfolio and is looking for a senior relationship manager to lead growth on the Sunshine Coast. You will work closely with an Assistant Manager and a range of product partners to deepen client relationships and drive revenue across a broad set of banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of diversified‑industry customers with a customer‑centric approach.
• Collaborate with product partners and the credit risk team to structure and negotiate deals.
• Build strong relationships with operations teams to improve efficiencies and minimise non‑lending losses.
• Apply credit and industry analysis to develop and present credit proposals.
• Oversee compliance for new and existing transactions and meet audit and QA standards.
• Identify acquisition opportunities, increase share of wallet and generate referrals.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in commercial banking or relationship management.
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver growth targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid credit assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
