Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Tardis Group is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with deep knowledge of the financial services sector to support its growth across Australia. The role can be based in either Perth or Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full end‑to‑end recruitment services, including advice, attraction and sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
• Deliver bulk recruitment projects for existing and new clients.
• Attract and source suitable candidates using talent database searches, LinkedIn, and advanced internet/database techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience in a search firm.
• Deep industry expertise within financial services, preferably in M&A or corporate treasury.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ambitious, self‑proud and committed to developing a reputation for excellence.
• Highly proactive with persistence and tenacity.
