About the role

IREN is seeking a highly capable Senior Recruiter to support hiring across corporate functions, with a strong focus on Legal, Commercial and Risk positions. This hybrid role will involve building talent pipelines, partnering with senior stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate roles, especially Legal, Commercial and Risk positions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to forecast needs and build pipelines ahead of demand.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill and niche roles.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and remuneration.
• Drive timely decisions to secure talent in competitive markets while maintaining a high‑quality candidate experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably across corporate functions.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and build structured, repeatable recruitment processes.
• Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Trusted handler of confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Experience recruiting Legal, Commercial or Risk positions (highly regarded).
• Understanding of specialised talent markets and business‑critical hiring needs.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent vacancies without compromising quality.
