About the role

The People Experience Partner will be the heartbeat of the employee journey for the South Pacific region, executing global HR programs and fostering an inclusive environment where employees can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Execute global HR programs such as performance management, talent planning, learning & development, and compensation in partnership with People Business Partners and COE teams.
• Ensure high‑quality employee experiences during onboarding, offboarding, and key career transitions.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, career development, and leadership capabilities.
• Manage employee relations cases, collaborate with Legal and Ethics & Compliance on investigations.
• Use data analytics and organizational diagnostics to identify trends and drive actionable solutions.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and leverage AI and digital tools to optimise HR service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR or business experience.
• Strong advisory and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced emotional intelligence and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage change and navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
