Senior Recruiter - Accounting & Finance

About the role

Accountable Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd, a Newcastle-based recruitment firm specialising in white-collar and professional roles, is hiring a Senior Recruiter. The recruiter works in accounting, finance, taxation, administration, legal, mortgage brokering and NDIS, helping connect top talent with leading businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business across new and existing networks while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Source top candidates through headhunting, advertising, networking and referrals.
• Run telephone screenings and interviews for current and future roles.
• Meet Service Level Agreement targets for candidate quality, speed of sourcing and placement rates.
• Nurture client relationships and maintain a talent pool for future opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead identification to securing new business.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in accounting, finance, legal, mortgage broking, NDIS or related fields.
• Proven track record of building client relationships, growing accounts and meeting targets.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Team-oriented and motivated to succeed for clients and the team.

What we offer

• Annual salary of AUD 90,000 to 110,000 plus commission.
