About the role

Norwest Recruitment is a recruitment agency providing premium recruitment services to companies mainly in Western Sydney, serving clients from small specialised businesses to large multinationals. It supports candidates in finance and accounting, human resources, corporate services and administration, supply chain and operations, with temporary and permanent roles. The agency is looking for a high-calibre recruitment professional to join its growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing applicants through various channels
• Managing and developing a portfolio of new and existing clients
• Generating new business through strategic and targeted business development
• Nurturing candidate relationships and ensuring quality service at every interaction
• Negotiating commercial terms and ensuring a seamless recruitment process for clients

Required profile

• Specific recruitment experience, or exposure to sales, accounting/finance or HR fields looking to pivot; graduates looking to start a recruitment career are also considered
• Excellent communication skills
• Growth mindset, enjoys building relationships and achieving goals
• Able to work in a process and target-driven environment
• Exceptional client management skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
