Senior Project Manager – Residential & Mixed‑Use Developments

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑value mixed‑use and Class 2 residential projects for a leading developer in Sydney. You will own the delivery from design through construction, guiding multidisciplinary teams to meet programme, budget, quality and safety targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of residential and mixed‑use developments valued at $100M+
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial outcomes
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, engineers, architects and internal teams
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
• Drive quality, safety and schedule performance throughout construction
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implement delivery strategies
• Oversee contract administration, financial reporting and forecasting
• Mentor site‑based teams to achieve successful outcomes

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering residential or mixed‑use projects of $100M+ value
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, contracts, procurement and delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Track record of managing programme, budget, quality and commercial performance
• Experience with a Tier 2 builder or developer‑builder is highly regarded
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline
