Senior Project Manager – New Product Development

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives in a fast‑paced medical device environment. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, driving better patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage NPD and business projects from initiation through commercialization.
• Partner with functional teams to develop business cases, project objectives, and statements of work.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, communication, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure successful execution.
• Organise and facilitate project team meetings, status updates, and cross‑functional reviews.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to communicate progress, risks, and milestones.
• Monitor execution, proactively identify issues and dependencies, and implement corrective actions.

• Experience managing complex, multi‑department initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with PMI methodologies and medical device product development processes.
