Senior Project Manager – HealthTech

About the role

Data Capture Experts (DCE) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale digital health programmes. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, from strategic planning and governance through execution, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, quality and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex HealthTech programmes with multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocations.
• Establish robust governance frameworks and produce executive‑level reports, dashboards and briefings.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across locations and act as primary escalation point for critical matters.
• Drive structured delivery using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches and ensure readiness for UAT, go‑live and transition to BAU.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex IT or digital transformation programmes.
• Proven track record managing enterprise‑scale projects in regulated sectors such as healthcare.
• Strong programme planning, resource coordination and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
