Senior Project Manager – Civil Construction

About the role

Regal Innovations is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑quality civil construction projects across Western Sydney and the broader Sydney region. You will work alongside seasoned project managers and receive support from operational leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex civil infrastructure works, including underground services, utilities, landscaping and above‑ground construction.
• Manage project planning and delivery to achieve safety, quality, schedule, cost and risk targets.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Operate primarily from the site office while maintaining strong engagement with Regal’s Sydney operations.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that support current and future project opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualifications in Civil Construction or a related discipline.
• Current driver’s licence and Construction White Card.
• Proven track record delivering complex civil infrastructure projects with strong commercial outcomes.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams while managing multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Sound knowledge of project management across safety, quality, cost, program and risk.
• Proactive, organised and accountable approach with strong decision‑making abilities.
