Senior Project Engineer - Rail Civils

About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead civil and rail engineering delivery on the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project. You will own engineering work packages up to $50 million, guide a growing team of site engineers and graduates, and collaborate closely with delivery, commercial and client stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead safety practices across your work area and subcontractor teams.
- Coordinate design, procurement and construction to meet project milestones.
- Manage subcontractors, quality control and construction lot verification.
- Oversee monthly forecasting, cost reporting and risk management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven experience delivering complex civil or rail infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, including cost estimation and forecasting.
