About the role
The Risk Management Group is expanding its design capability to improve digital experiences across internal platforms. As a Senior Product UX/UI Designer you will lead the design of complex digital products from discovery through delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, engineers and analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end product design, including research, journey mapping, interaction design and prototyping.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, engineers and analysts to create intuitive, scalable experiences that meet user and business goals.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably in financial services, risk, compliance or internal platforms.
- Proven ability to work in agile teams and engage with a range of business and technology stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
