Senior Product Manager - Macquarie Wrap

About the role

Macquarie is recruiting a Senior Product Manager for its Macquarie Wrap product, within the Wealth Management division of its Banking and Financial Services business. Macquarie Wrap is one of Australia's leading investment platforms that consolidates and manages investments in one place, offering investment options usually unavailable to individual investors and simplifying administration and reporting. The role is based in Sydney and is permanent, full time, mid-senior level.

Key responsibilities

• Use knowledge of the features, functionality, risks and regulatory environment of wrap products including superannuation to manage the product roadmap and shape and deliver key product and growth initiatives.
• Manage change and requirements with senior stakeholders from design through to implementation.
• Work closely with technology, distribution, legal, risk and marketing teams.
• Lead a high-performing team.

Required profile

• Deep wealth management and/or wrap product management experience (typically 8+ years) with strong technical expertise including in superannuation.
• People management and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the wealth management industry landscape, including the regulatory and legislative frameworks governing wrap and superannuation products.
• Experience managing, prioritising and delivering a product roadmap.
• Proactive approach to improving the platform user experience and minimising risk.
• Strong stakeholder management, ability to manage competing priorities and keen attention to detail.
