Senior Product Manager - Discoverability Squad

About the role

Lead Zurich’s AI Discoverability Squad to shape how customers find Zurich across emerging AI platforms. You will define strategy, build roadmaps and deliver go‑to‑market plans that turn AI visibility into a competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction and roadmap for AI discoverability, covering owned, earned and paid channels.
• Use data‑driven insight and experimentation to link discoverability signals (citations, brand mentions, share of voice) to commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Marketing to test new ideas and continuously refine the approach.
• Navigate ambiguity, create new ways of working and translate emerging technology into practical, revenue‑generating solutions.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in AI, organic search, digital product, content optimisation, growth, analytics or discoverability.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and drive measurable results.
• Strong stakeholder influence across local, regional and global teams.
