Senior Pharmacist – Rural Health Team

About the role

Join a welcoming healthcare team in Warwick as a Senior Pharmacist, using your clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes across a diverse rural health setting. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, mentor colleagues, and help shape community services while advancing your own practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical advice to support quality patient care and informed treatment decisions.
• Partner with medical, nursing and allied health teams to deliver coordinated, patient‑centred outcomes.
• Guide and mentor pharmacists, team members and students to build capability and clinical excellence.
• Drive service improvements, quality initiatives and innovation that enhance medication safety and care delivery.

Required profile

• Current pharmacist registration and eligibility to practise in Australia.
• Strong clinical pharmacy experience with sound professional judgement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience supporting, mentoring or guiding others.
• Rural or generalist practice experience and/or advanced training in a clinical specialty area is an advantage.
