Senior Pharmacist – Floating Position

About the role

Star Pharmacy Group is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to provide floating support across its South Australian stores. Based in Adelaide, you will work full‑time, covering leave, peak trading periods and key initiatives while travelling between metropolitan and regional locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality dispensing and patient‑centred care in each pharmacy you visit.
• Support the delivery of professional services and 8CPA programs.
• Assist with workflow optimisation, operational support and team coordination.
• Maintain strong compliance standards and exceptional customer service.
• Provide coverage across stores during leave, peak periods and business projects, with travel across South Australia and occasional interstate trips.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in community pharmacy.
• Knowledge of 8CPA services, DAAs and pharmacy regulations.
• Strong communication, adaptability and problem‑solving abilities.
• Current or willingness to obtain police clearance.

Required skills

• Familiarity with MINFOS pharmacy software (desirable).
