Senior Performance Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Facebook ads specialist to join our fast‑growing digital agency, King Kong, in South Yarra. The successful candidate will own end‑to‑end campaign management, optimise performance and deliver exceptional ROI for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and continuously optimise Facebook ad campaigns across a range of industries.
• Analyse performance data, run A/B and split‑tests, and implement conversion‑rate optimisation tactics to maximise ROAS.
• Create compelling, thumb‑stopping ad creative and copy that resonates with target audiences.
• Implement tracking pixels and conversion codes on landing pages and websites.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend strategic adjustments.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing at least $1,000 per day in Facebook ad spend and scaling campaigns successfully.
• Strong analytical mindset with a solution‑focused attitude and ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey value to clients.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
