Senior Mobile Developer - iOS/Android

About the role

Reapit is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to design, build and deliver native iOS and Android applications for a new customer portal. Reporting to the Squad lead, you will work closely with product, design, QA and engineering teams to create high‑quality mobile experiences that align with the company’s values of Trust, Collaboration, Innovation, Excellence and People.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, web and backend engineers to define mobile requirements and delivery priorities.
• Analyse portal functionality and decide the optimal native or reusable web approach for iOS and Android.
• Design mobile architecture that ensures security, scalability, maintainability and performance.
• Develop, maintain and review native iOS and Android code, contributing to shared standards and reusable components.
• Perform extensive testing across devices, OS versions, network conditions and app lifecycle scenarios.
• Document architecture decisions, release processes and integration points.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and deliver features on agreed timelines.

• Strong understanding of mobile security, performance optimisation and accessibility.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional agile teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
