Technical Co-Founder – AI‑Enabled Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Co‑Founder to lead the engineering effort of an AI‑enabled product that already has a validated MVP and committed capital. You will own the technical reality of turning demand into a market‑ready solution while working closely with your co‑founder(s) and Repeat Builders.

Key responsibilities

• Ship a working product fast enough to gather real market feedback within the first sprint.
• Make build, buy, or AI‑assist decisions on major technical choices, balancing speed and feasibility.
• Establish the engineering foundation – repository, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling – for a small, high‑performing team.
• Convert validated demand into shipped, tested product, iterating based on user feedback.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack engineering experience delivering products in demanding environments (fast‑growing startups or top tech companies).
• Daily use of AI‑assisted development tools and clear understanding of their strengths and limits.
• Track record of making critical technical or product decisions on incomplete information and owning the outcomes.
