Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Marketing Specialist reports to the Head of Marketing and will help strengthen MEGT’s market position while driving customer acquisition, engagement and growth. Working across B2B, B2C, government, RTO and industry audiences, the role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and execute marketing solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand and performance marketing campaigns to boost awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate internal teams, external agencies, budgets and timelines for cross‑channel marketing delivery.
• Analyse campaign performance, marketing effectiveness and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience with a tertiary qualification in Marketing.
• Experience in B2B and/or not‑for‑profit sectors is highly regarded.
• Proven track record of delivering campaigns that generate leads and support customer acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of digital performance marketing, CRM and customer journeys.
