Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

This is your chance to put your creative stamp on one of Australia's most trusted household brands. You will own the social and content strategy across multiple platforms and drive the creation of premium, on‑brand video and photo assets.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and own the social and content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, email and web.
• Plan and run shoots, from polished studio days with a crew to fast, social‑first content shot on an iPhone.
• Shoot, edit and adapt photo and video into platform‑specific formats that feel premium and on‑brand.
• Pitch concepts and storyboards to stakeholders and senior leaders, providing creative direction through to delivery.
• Find, brief and manage influencers and creators, including gifting and paid‑in‑kind partnerships.
• Schedule and publish content, track performance, and turn insights into improvements.
• Manage external production partners and budgets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience planning, producing and delivering social‑first content strategies.
• Strong photography and videography skills on both camera and mobile.
• Solid editing experience with tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or Canva.
• Experience managing social channels, reporting on performance and working with influencers or brand partners.
• Good project management abilities and clear presentation skills.
