Senior Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

The Enterprise & Field Marketing team at ServiceNow is seeking a senior professional to lead marketing operations across APAC markets. You will partner with regional business leaders and marketing teams to accelerate pipeline growth, drive revenue targets and embed AI‑enabled processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing operations strategy for assigned APAC markets, improving effectiveness and efficiency.
• Act as trusted advisor on planning, budgeting, rhythm of business, insights, automation and AI adoption.
• Develop and transform marketing activities to build, accelerate and close pipeline, applying consistent methodology.
• Run rhythm‑of‑business cadences, forecast, measure and report on program impact against KPIs/OKRs.
• Collaborate with APAC Field Marketing, Global MOps, Strategy & Ops and Sales to ensure data quality and business context.
• Mentor junior team members and create scalable templates and playbooks.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in high‑tech/B2B marketing operations, preferably SaaS.
• Proven success operating across multiple markets or regions, influencing without direct authority.
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making and ability to work independently in a fast‑growth environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior and junior audiences.
