Senior Marketing Manager – 16‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for a 16‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will be based in St. Leonards (Sydney) or other regional hubs and will drive a large‑scale marketing transformation that supports the migration of customer communications across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that communicate migration milestones to customers.
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics and program‑management teams to ensure messaging is compliant, timely and aligned with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships in Australia, the Philippines, New Zealand and the wider APAC region, including regular travel to Papua New Guinea and Fiji.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and adjust tactics to optimise engagement and conversion.
• Support the broader transformation initiative by providing marketing expertise and ensuring consistent brand voice across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading senior‑level marketing programmes in a complex, multi‑market environment.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, financial services or related sectors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time and work onsite with regional teams.
